Customer-controlled environments.

  • Hybrid Admin Panel runs in the customer environment and connects directly to systems configured in its runtime profile.
  • The analyzed current implementation does not require a Little Innovation Labs-hosted API or telemetry service to perform its administrative workflows.
  • Local runtime profiles, in-memory caches, and diagnostic logs support operation and troubleshooting and may contain customer environment or identity details. Those files remain under the customer's control.

  • The public website does not currently provide account creation or software checkout.
  • When account and licensing features are introduced, collected information will be used for account administration, software licensing, support, security, and related business records.
