The website currently supports customer account creation and HILOP trial and licensing administration. It does not currently provide self-service payment checkout.

When you create or use an account, join or administer an organization, request a HILOP trial, manage licensing or activation, or contact Little Innovation Tech, we may collect information such as your name, email address, organization name, organization membership or role, account authentication and security information, trial-request records, software-license and activation records, installation identifiers and status information, support communications, and other information you choose to provide.

Technical information

Our web server may automatically record limited technical information, including an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, date and time of access, referring page, and security-related events. This information is used to operate, secure, diagnose, and maintain the website.

Product environment data

HILOP performs directory, tenant, mailbox, and device administration directly against customer-configured systems. Little Innovation Tech does not use the licensing service to collect or store that administrative environment data. The licensing service does receive limited licensing and installation metadata needed to activate and validate HILOP, such as an installation identifier, hostname, HILOP version, license and activation state, and related service activity.

3. How we use information

Information collected through this website or related account services is used only for legitimate company operations, including:

• Creating and administering customer accounts.
• Issuing, validating, renewing, and supporting software licenses.

Little Innovation Tech does not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
