Important notice

These terms are provided as a practical baseline for Little Innovation Tech software, website, licensing, trials, support, and related services. They are intended to describe the current operating position in clear language and may be replaced or supplemented by a signed commercial agreement, quote, order form, statement of work, or other written terms accepted by Little Innovation Tech.

This page is not legal advice. Customers should review these terms with their own legal, procurement, security, and compliance teams before relying on them for production purchasing decisions.

1. End User License Agreement

Subject to these terms and any applicable order form, Little Innovation Tech grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use HILOP and related Little Innovation Tech software solely for the customer's internal business operations.

The software may not be resold, sublicensed, rented, leased, hosted for third parties, reverse engineered, decompiled, used to build a competing product, or used in any manner that violates applicable law or these terms. Little Innovation Tech retains all ownership, intellectual property, and other rights in the software, documentation, website, licensing service, trademarks, and related materials.

2. Commercial terms and order forms

Commercial rights, quantities, subscriptions, trial periods, support levels, renewal terms, pricing, payment requirements, and authorized customer entities may be described in a quote, invoice, purchase order accepted by Little Innovation Tech, order form, or signed agreement. If a written commercial document conflicts with this page, the written commercial document controls for that specific transaction.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, licenses are limited to the named customer organization, authorized installation count, applicable subscription term, and licensed product edition. Taxes, customer procurement fees, bank fees, and similar charges are the customer's responsibility unless expressly included in an accepted order.

3. Support policy

Support is provided through the support channels made available by Little Innovation Tech, including email or customer portal channels when available. Support may include installation guidance, licensing assistance, product troubleshooting, defect review, and reasonable operational guidance for supported product features.

Support does not include customer environment administration, identity cleanup, emergency incident response, custom development, unsupported third-party systems, or professional services unless separately agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups, administrative access, change approvals, and internal validation before applying changes in production environments.

4. Maintenance and update policy

Little Innovation Tech may provide product updates, maintenance releases, bug fixes, security fixes, documentation updates, and feature changes at its discretion. Updates may change functionality, prerequisites, configuration behavior, dependencies, or supported operating assumptions.

Customers are responsible for testing updates in an appropriate environment before production use. Little Innovation Tech may retire unsupported builds, deprecated features, trial builds, preview functionality, or outdated licensing mechanisms when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, or product maintenance.

5. Warranty disclaimer

Except where expressly stated in a signed written agreement, Little Innovation Tech software, websites, licensing services, documentation, trial access, support materials, and related services are provided as is and as available. Little Innovation Tech disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Customers remain responsible for validating software behavior, access rights, administrative changes, workflow results, identity operations, audit outputs, reports, and integrations before relying on them in production or regulated environments.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Innovation Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of goodwill, loss of data, security incidents, identity misconfiguration, or cost of substitute services.

Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, Little Innovation Tech's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the software, website, licensing service, support, trial access, or these terms will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Little Innovation Tech for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.

7. Acceptable-use restrictions

Customers may not use Little Innovation Tech software, websites, licensing services, accounts, trials, or support channels to violate law, infringe rights, bypass licensing controls, attack systems, distribute malware, perform unauthorized access, overload services, harvest data without authorization, conceal identity misuse, or interfere with the security or availability of Little Innovation Tech or third-party systems.

Customers may not share activation keys, abuse trial programs, misrepresent organization identity, use the software outside licensed scope, or use Little Innovation Tech services to process data they are not authorized to administer.

8. Trial terms

Trial access is provided for evaluation only and may be limited by time, features, activation count, organization eligibility, or other restrictions. Trial licenses may be changed, revoked, extended, or discontinued by Little Innovation Tech at its discretion.

Trial software should not be used as the sole control for production identity operations unless the customer has completed appropriate internal validation and accepts the risk of evaluation use. Trial access does not guarantee future availability, pricing, support level, feature inclusion, or conversion to a paid license.

9. Privacy policy

Little Innovation Tech's data handling practices for the website, account services, licensing, trials, support, and HILOP activation are described in the Privacy Policy. Little Innovation Tech does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

HILOP is designed to connect directly to customer-configured systems. The Little Innovation Tech licensing service is used for activation, license refresh, installation state, and related licensing records, not as a relay for customer directory or tenant administrative data.

10. Security reporting policy

Security concerns, suspected vulnerabilities, exposed secrets, licensing abuse, account compromise concerns, or website security issues should be reported to security@littleinnovation.tech. Reports should include the affected product or page, a clear description, reproduction steps when available, impact, logs or screenshots when safe to share, and a reliable contact method.

Little Innovation Tech asks security researchers to act in good faith, avoid privacy violations, avoid service disruption, avoid destructive testing, and give Little Innovation Tech a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before public disclosure. Little Innovation Tech does not currently operate a paid bug bounty program.

11. Changes to these terms

Little Innovation Tech may update this page as products, licensing models, support practices, security processes, commercial terms, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
