Release overview
HILOP 1.0 is the first production release of the Hybrid Identity Lifecycle & Operations Platform. It brings Active Directory, Microsoft Graph, Exchange, devices, reporting, workflows, utilities, and audit history into one native Windows workspace.

- Hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments
- Cloud-only Microsoft Entra ID environments, subject to provider ownership and permission requirements
Microsoft 365 DoD has not been validated and is not currently supported. Do not deploy HILOP 1.0 into a DoD tenant as a supported production configuration.

Identity operations
- Runtime profiles for simulation, hybrid, and cloud-oriented configurations
- Active Directory lookup, directory facts, attribute editing, manager and direct-report changes, group membership, and directory reporting
- Microsoft Graph delegated authentication with supported user, authentication posture, role, license, risk, sign-in, managed-device, BitLocker, and Windows LAPS operations
- Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises reads and supported recipient management through Microsoft PowerShell interfaces
- User and device search with Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory device actions
Automation and operations
- Custom AD reports using live schema attributes, reusable filters, on-screen results, and CSV export
- JSON workflow definitions, visual workflow editing, approved execution, PowerShell actions, notifications, REST integrations, and confirmations
- Hybrid synchronization testing and invocation
- Durable audit logging with before-and-after values for supported write operations
- Runtime diagnostics and privacy-conscious support bundle generation
- Machine-wide licensing, themed profile configuration, and MSI deployment
Known limitations
- HILOP supports the operations implemented and documented by the application. It is not a replacement for every Active Directory, Graph, Intune, Purview, or Exchange administrative interface.
- Microsoft Graph results depend on tenant licensing, delegated consent, administrative roles, Conditional Access, endpoint availability, and Microsoft cloud support.
- In hybrid environments, directory-synchronized recipient properties must be changed at their authoritative on-premises source. Cloud writes are limited to cloud-owned objects and supported Graph operations.
- Exchange management depends on PowerShell, the Exchange Online Management module, and correctly configured Exchange remote PowerShell for on-premises operations.
- Workflows run under the signed-in operator's effective permissions. Only approved and reviewed workflows should be used for privileged operations.
- Windows may display publisher warnings until Little Innovation Tech applies a publicly trusted code-signing certificate.
